To use the Loading CapCut template, follow these steps:
Download CapCut : If you don’t have CapCut installed on your device, go to your Google Chrome and download the CapCut app.
Open CapCut : Launch the CapCut app on your device.
Download VPN : If you don’t have VPN installed on your device, go to your app store (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS) and download the VPN app.
